Leaving a Review

If you’d like to rate your experience when you use a Groupon, you can do so by writing a review through My ParchrYolo or signing up for our surveys.

How to Leave a Review Through My ParcheYolo

1. After you redeem your Groupon, go to My ParcheYolo on the app or website.
2. Find the order for which you want to leave a review and select See Details.
3. Select Write a Review.
4. Follow the prompts provided to share your experience.

How to Leave a Review Through Our Surveys

1. On desktop or mobile app, select My Stuff and then select Email Preferences.
2. Under “Email Subscriptions,” check the Opt in to surveys box.
3. Select Save.

Note: You can change your subscription preferences at any time.
